Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, subsequently crafting tailored treatment plans to address their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, fostering clients’ emotional and psychological well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients opting for virtual interactions, ensuring accessibility for those facing logistical difficulties or health concerns.

Your work will primarily involve clients dealing with various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $83,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
