Human Resources AssistantFairbanks North Star Borough School District ADMINISTRATION CENTER - HUMAN RESOURCES, 520 5th Ave, Fairbanks, AK $65,807 - $90,931 yearly Sep 22, 2026Job Summary: The Human Resources Assistant provides advanced administrative and operational support across the Human Resources Department, with a primary focus on Labor Relations, Benefits, and HRIS functions. This position performs specialized, confidential work requiring discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to manage complex workflows. Responsibilities include supporting investigations and employee relations processes, managing and tracking the district's employee evaluation system, coordinating critical HR activities, preparing and analyzing documentation, and supporting departmental compliance and reporting requirements.
